We manufacture pressboard components (coil supports, corner angles, end rings, clackbands), densified wood components, dog bone / dumb bell supports, epoxy nuts and bolts, angle rings, and diamond dotted paper. All components are available individually or as a complete transformer insulation kit.
Standard pressboard will compress slightly when placed under mechanical load during transformer assembly. Pre-compressed pressboard has already been compressed to its final density during manufacture — it maintains its dimensions under load throughout the transformer's service life, making it the preferred choice for critical support applications.
